Minimum of five (5) years of experience in new vessel design development for marine crafts such as patrol vessels, windfarm support vessels, offshore supply vessels, tugs, and barges. Proficiency in structural design and stability analysis. Familiarity with auxiliary systems design is desirable. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Familiarity with ABS, CFR, USCG, SOLAS, IMO, and other applicable regulations. Experience with AutoCAD, FEA, GHS, and Rhino software is desirable. Proposal writing experience is a benefit. Skills and Abilities: Proficiency in AutoCAD and experience with FEA, GHS, and Rhino software. Strong understanding of marine industry regulations and standards. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Effective time and project management skills.
