Role Description
We are seeking an Intermediate Designer (3-5 years experience) with advanced Revit skills to support one or two upcoming projects on a contract, project-based basis. This is not a full-time employee role; there are no benefits but we would like to discuss a future full time role if possible. Work will be a hybrid structure with flexibility, but some in-person coordination in NYC is required at our Columbus Circle office.
Typical responsibilities include:
• Developing detailed architectural and construction drawings in Revit
• Producing material palettes, presentations, and 3D views/representations
• Assisting with construction documents and specification development
• Participating in client meetings and design reviews
• Supporting field coordination and limited site verification
• Collaborating with the principal on design execution and project deliverables
Qualifications
• Advanced Revit proficiency (non-negotiable)
• 3-5 years of experience in an architecture or construction office in NYC
• Strong skills in architectural drawing, detailing, and document coordination
• Familiarity with NYC residential construction and building codes
• Strong 3D visualization abilities (Enscape proficiency preferred)
• Nice-to-have: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail
• Ability to operate independently with clear direction and meet deadlines

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $106,500 - $186,500 USD.
