    IntWork's client is seeking an Architectural Designer to join their dynamic team in downtown Portland, Maine to work together to design structures for their clients. While they would prefer somebody with one plus years of experience, they are also willing support somebody as they start their career in architecture. Upcoming work includes fire and public safety buildings, a library, educational projects, and commercial projects. As Architectural Drafter, you will work with a team to take these projects from schematic all the way through construction in a work environment that is friendly and stable. Minimum requirements: A degree in Architecture (from any country). Interest in learning. We are looking for an individual that will work well with the team and we will work to integrate the successful applicant within our team. Technical proficiency with AutoCad, and/or Autodesk Revit, and Microsoft Word. Sketch-Up, Excel, and other programs would be a plus. Responsibilities include: Developing and fostering relations with clients and coworkers. Creating existing conditions documents. The development of construction documents for all phases of construction including coordinating with consultants. Generating renderings. Researching and applying codes.
