The Textile CAD Designer supports the Design Team in creating innovative prints, yarn dyes, jacquards, and embroideries for both in-house and private label brands. Essential Job Functions
• Create original textile patterns such as yarn dyes, jacquards, and embroidery designs based on Design Team's direction and trend research.
• Develop and manage CAD work, ensuring all artwork is technically ready for production.
• Maintain accurate records of all textile designs and developments, including managing the CAD, print, and color libraries.
• Stay current with market trends in textiles, helping the Design Team apply relevant trends to suit customer needs and preferences.
• Assist in preparing supplemental fabric packages, including labeling, swatching, and collating for customer presentations.
• Act as a resource for the Design Team, providing technical expertise and insights on print execution and textile development.

ARCHITECTURALDESIGN INTERN POSITION; We are seeking a creative, passionate and energetic intern who is interested in gaining experience within the ArchitectureDesign field. ARCHITECTURALDESIGN INTERN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop 2D and 3D presentations and early design studies of site plans, floor plans and exteriors for project team review.

Interpret and translate design intent into technical documents
Coordinate with manager the architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical designs to determine a graphically representation of the building plans.
Assemble design/construction standard details with direction from manager in order to develop project booklets.

Your Qualifications
Registered Architect required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university required
12+ years of relevant architecture and design experience, with a strong background designing multiple typologies of varying scale
Ability to communicate and present design concepts and rationales
Ability to address client requests, budget considerations, existing or new architectural opportunities or constraints or other impacts on design concept
Knowledge of sustainable and universal design concepts
Proficient in Revit, SketchUp, Enscape, and/or other modeling software
Graphics and visualization skills to effectively communicate design ideas
Ability to develop collaborative relationships across the firm, with clients, and with other key constituents
