What You'll Do The Designer - Substation is responsible for supporting substation design projects across the QISG platform by performing routine 2D/3D Physical and/or Protection & Control (P&C) design tasks. Duties and Responsibilities: Utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM), prepare and modify architectural documents at the direction of the project designer or more senior design professionals, coordinating design intent and firm standards. Develops solutions to technical and design problems. Prepare construction documents and technical architectural details. Coordinate architectural scope elements with those of other disciplines. Perform building code and accessibility application research. Represent the firm and its values effectively through communication and professionalism. Performs other duties as requested. Working Environment This individual will work from our main office in Boise, ID as well as remotely when needed.
