JOB OVERVIEW
The Architectural Designer at CUBE 3 must be able to independently generate relevant, innovative and creative design concepts for a wide range of project types including Site and Master Planning, Large scale Housing and Student Housing, Hospitality and Entertainment / Resort, and Corporate Office. We are looking for passionate, engaged designers that are willing and able to share their energy and creativity with all of our team members.
Responsibilities include working directly with firm Partners and leadership to collaborate on Concept Design, as well as working broadly to assist Individual Studio Leaders with ongoing design efforts in their studios. This work will include entitlements efforts and participation in public hearings, ongoing design reviews for active projects, and individual and group mentoring for staff.
The position requires not only strong design skills and self-motivation, but great communication skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Project involvement for Designers at CUBE 3 extends from initial concept design to the end of construction, partnering with Studio Leads on every project. Client communication and interaction skills are critical.

POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This is a full-time position, with a minimum expectation of 40 hours per week.
