As a member of our Infrastructure and Services Group, you would contribute to CDM Smith's mission by:
- Designing systems ranging from basic to highly complex to meet client needs. **What We're Looking For**
As a Salesforce Technical Architect at Datavant, you will play a high-impact role in our growing Salesforce Center of Excellence as the definitive authority on all technical aspects and limitations of the platform. You will be joining a young team that is focused primarily on spearheading key digital transformation initiatives with the goal of implementing multiple Salesforce products at an enterprise level.
You will be responsible for guiding our development teams to ensure every solution is scaleable, secure, and performant. As this is a growing team, there will be times where you will be expected to get hands on and code. **What You Will Do**
+ Conduct comprehensive technical design reviews, determine the optimal approach, and provide quality assurance across all initiatives.
+ Define the enterprise-level technical architecture, standards, and best practices across multiple production instances.
+ Manage the technical debt of the platform, proactively identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks, data challenges, and security vulnerabilities.
+ Design and implement reusable integration patterns between Salesforce, Mulesoft, and various enterprise systems.
+ Establish and enforce coding standards, reusable patterns/components, and technical documentation processes.
+ Develop a streamlined, compliant DevOps process including a CI/CD pipeline to be leveraged across multiple production instances.
+ Mentor and coach team members, raising the technical capabilities of the CoE.
+ Stay current with the latest Salesforce features and provide strategic recommendations for platform innovation.

**What You Need to Succeed**
+ 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect leading enterprise level architecture.
+ 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Lead/Sr. Salesforce Developer on core clouds(Sales, Service, Experience) in a complex, multi-cloud, multi-instance organization.
+ Expert-level proficiency in Apex, LWC, event driven integration patterns, and Flow.
+ Strong Service Cloud and call center experience.
+ Data 360 (Data Cloud) implementation experience.
+ Revenue Management (Revenue Cloud) or legacy CPQ implementation experience.
+ Experience with Mulesoft, Heroku, or Kafka middleware tools.
+ Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects.
+ Salesforce Application and System Architect Certifications.

Role: Senior QA Test Architect
