The Systems Architecture Engineer will identify system architecture needs and develop enterprise architecture products such as DoDAF drawings (e.g., executive and system views and topology diagrams) to be produced in support of moderately complex assigned projects.
Serve as an interface for project information pertaining to Architecture for all assigned projects Plan, conduct, and assist in project execution in the area of Architecture. Analyze and resolve program support deficiencies and document capability gaps to enhance performance. Analyze, develop, recommend and implement approaches to meet all assigned tasks and milestones Perform gap analysis of existing systems. Provide technical support by handling systems-related issues. Assist in the development of proposals and basis of estimates to ensure Architecture-related products and support are adequately addressed. As project needs dictate, assist in other areas of Systems Engineering such as Requirements Management, Test & Verification and Specialty Engineering. Prepare reports to communicate information to appropriate personnel. Perform other duties as assigned.


REQUIRED:
Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance, which includes U.S. citizenship or U.S. naturalization. Valid U.S. Driver's License required. Bachelor's degree in an applicable science, technology, engineering or math field. Minimum of five (5) years' experience working in engineering environment with emphasis on Systems Engineering and Integration. Fundamental knowledge of the engineering lifecycle and Systems Engineering processes. Experience working with Project IPTs. The flexibility to work occasional non-duty hours or on weekends to support specific project or mission requirements.


PREFRRED:
Working with Engineering information development and management tools (e.g., System Architect, DOORS, Product Lifecycle Management tools, etc.), experience developing architecture diagrams, experience developing and decomposing requirements, experience working in a test environment, experience developing technical analysis documentation (Human Factors and Hazard Analysis). Working knowledge of the Vandenberg Space Force Base Launch Range and its instrumentation preferred.


WORK LOCATION:
This position is located onsite; no hybrid or remote working will be available for this position.


BACKGROUND INVESTIGATIONS REQUIRED:

SALARY RANGE:
$119,000 - $132,000

Essential Functions
Design computer security technical roadmap and engineer comprehensive cybersecurity architecture.Engineer security solutions and document standards based on requirements, best practices, and technical knowledge. Provides analysis and recommendations for the evolution and enhancement of enterprise security.Application security vulnerability assessments and remediation consulting Participate in information security strategy and planning. Provides guidance and requirements for the Tech organization with security related issues and to ensure the following of best practices.Oversees Information Security engineers for application security, data protection, endpoint security, access management, cloud security, and network security.Enforces information security policies and standards Represent Information Security on Enterprise Architecture team Audits, and troubleshoots hardware and software configurations. Develops and implements mitigation strategies and offer 24X7 on-call responses during security incidents or outages.Recommends changes in maintenance and systems standards, and trains support personnel on the conversion and implementation of the system.May lead projects with small to moderately sized scope and teams.May act as a consultant on special projects for multiple teams.Evaluates products and services from 3rd parties, including software and hardware vendors, development operations, and business partners.Provide coaching, mentorship, and guidance to InfoSec engineers.
Required Experience:
At least 8 years of experience in information security Experience working in networking systems, endpoint security, access management, operating system hardening, and hybrid local/cloud infrastructure Application vulnerability assessments and vulnerability remediation;Incident Response planning and execution;Strategic thinker with technical experience in all areas of information security Experience establishing a cloud/hybrid cloud security strategy in Azure and/or AWSExperience with Agile delivery Experience performing 3rd party audits, reviews, and risk evaluations.DevSecOps experience and experience with security PaaS and IaaSProficiency in Office 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Word) Excellent communications skills with ability to make the complex simple and collaborate with all levels of management

We are currently seeking an Engineer, Low Voltage Architecture to join our team.
In this role you will work with stakeholders in service, manufacturing and engineering to analyze root cause issues in customer and engineering vehicles. You will also work with the Integration and Wiring Harness Engineers to deep dive into the electrical system architecture for the vehicle.

The RoleWork with stakeholders in service, manufacturing and engineering to analyze root cause issues in customer and engineering vehicles. Review data logs from multiple sources to understand vehicle behavior and support issue resolution. Work with Integration and Wiring Harness Engineers to deep dive into the electrical system architecture for the vehicle. Work with Corporate Quality on driving defects to closure Provide input to architecture development and optimization of future vehicle programs. Participate in low voltage architecture reviews. Work with test and validation engineers to plan and perform low voltage validation tasks. Participate in the design of a world class engineering effort to bring electric vehicles to a new level of refinement.
Qualifications2+ years of experience with vehicle architecture development and electrical integration Fundamental understanding of circuit design, mechanical systems, sensors and actuators, architectural concepts as well as ECU (Electronic Control Units) communication. Ability to read and understand power architecture documents, vehicle wiring schematics, network and communication designs Experience with failure analysis methodology like FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) and fault trees. Basic knowledge of ISO26262 and ASIL decomposition. Experience with data analysis tools such as Grafana, Tableau as well as Vector CANalyzer / CANoe. Electric vehicle systems and hands-on troubleshooting experience. Motivation to make a difference in the automotive industry. Excellent communication skills.
