Graduated from The University of Texas at Arlington, in 2009, with an undergraduate degree in Architecture. Started a small construction group in 2009 focused on single family renovations and remodels. Began work with a Tempo Inc. Q-Sub named U.S. Eco-Logic as a project manager providing green building consulting services, in 2011. Achieved LEED AP-Homes, BD+C and BD+OM; LEED Green Rater, LEED QAD, HERS Energy Rater, NGBS Verifier, City of Dallas Green Provider (commercial and residential), Green Built North Texas Verifier and IECC Code Inspector (Commercial and Residential) status over the next 3 years. In 2015, I moved to a separate Tempo Inc. Q-Sub called Tempo Mechanical as a project manager, providing HVAC Design and install services to one and two family new construction residences. In 2015 I was voted onto Tempo Inc, Board of Directors. In 2016, I was name Executive Vice President and General Manager of Tempo Mechanical. In January of 2019, the Tempo Board of Directors elected me Chief Operating Officer of the Corporation and on July 1st, 2020 the Board elected me Chief Executive Officer. I believe in providing fair and honest products at fair and honest prices, and truly believe Benjamin Franklin said it best, \'There is no greater gift you can give...than work worth doing\'
