Collaborate with Field Personnel: Communicate effectively with field personnel to coordinate maintenance activities, troubleshoot equipment issues, and optimize compressor performance. Adhere to Safety Standards: Comply with all safety protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and industry regulations to ensure a safe work environment. Work Requirements: Work in a rotational, 7 days on - 7 days off schedule, with alternating hitches covering days and nights. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reliability, and safety. Provide suggestions for process enhancements and participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge. Non-Essential Duties: Performs other duties as assigned.
