I loved my job at Arcis. New management is not hiring in-house. And won't. New management has destroyed my feelings and has made me not want to work there anymore. I just hope that the CEO OF ARCIS knows what is going on here before he looses what staff he has left. My experience with HR doesn't help. Upper management controls the club and you can't trust your club or corporate HR. It's just not worth it anymore. Nobody cares.

The pay is quite low. Would love to stay in the golf business, in a different position, currently do golf maintenance
