CFO of Tensar Corporation, a $225 million private equity backed manufacturer and marketer of Geogrids, engineered plastic grids that are used in road construction and retaining walls. Tensar has six manufacturing plants around the world, including in the United States, England, China and Russia and markets its products throughout the world.

Previously I was CFO of Cellu Tissue Holdings, a 10 plant private label tissue manufacturer. During my three and a half years with Cellu Tissue, we acquired two plants, built a green field plant, raised nearly $300 million in high yield debt, went public, and sold the company to a larger competitor for $.5 billion. This sale which closed on December 27th 2010, completed a successful exit for Weston Presidio from its 2006 purchase of Cellu Tissue.
