Vantor is seeking a Sr. Customer Support Manager to join our USG team, focusing on expanding the use of our satellite imagery and derived geospatial solutions within NASA and other U.S. Civil Government agencies. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding and growing existing multi-million-dollar programs that leverage Vantor's cutting-edge spatial intelligence for applications in Earth science and disaster response.
This position requires a strategic mindset, sophisticated business acumen, and the ability to navigate the complexities of government procurement. You will collaborate with senior leaders internally and with program managers, researchers, and key decision-makers at NASA, NOAA, USGS, and other federal agencies. What You'll Be Doing:

Key job responsibilities
As a Sr. Technical Business Development Manager, HPC/Advanced Computing, you will:
• Research, identify and develop strategies to expand business in HPC for federal and regulated industry customers in AWS regions, with particular emphasis on AWS Government Regions adoption; including creation of new capabilities and solution sets to meet customer requirements and address emerging trends.
• Work with cross functional teams (sales, solutions architecture, product engineering, etc.) to validate customer requirements, perform feasibility studies and proofs of concept, and define and drive pathways to production adoption.
• Identify specific customer segments, industry verticals and partner markets to approach with targeted value propositions and business case proposals for HPC in AWS Government Regions. Minimum Requirements
U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field; MBA a plus.
7+ years of B2B sales or business development experience with quota ownership, specifically in technology, aerospace, or data analytics.
Demonstrated success selling complex, enterprise-scale solutions into both Government and Commercial accounts, with a proven ability to engage technical buyers.
Direct experience working with NRO customers
Excellent communication, presentation, and executive-level relationship skills, with an ability to articulate highly technical concepts to a variety of audiences.

Qualifications:
· Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role
· Strong knowledge of warehouse operations
· Proficient in using shipping software - UPS, FedEx, FileMaker Pro
· Ability to effectively communicate with internal management, suppliers and vendors
· Flexibility for working in fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and managing priorities
· Experience with warehouse equipment
Experience:
Warehouse: 1 year (Preferred)
Shipping & receiving: 1 year (Preferred)
Delivery driver: 1 year (Preferred)
