Mr. Coupland is an experienced businessman, landman, mineral explorer and seasoned corporate entrepreneur who holds a Bachelors' Degree in Geography, obtained from Simon Fraser University. Mr Coupland has over 30 years of successful business experience with both public and private companies working in the exploration field and has been involved in raising a number of both debt and equity financings exceeding $100 CDN million.

Mr. Coupland initiated the rigorous permitting process 2005 with regulatory authorities responsible for issuing land use permits, water licenses and conducting environmental assessments for the Contact Lake & Eldorado IOCG and Uranium projects in Canada's Northwest Territories. Mr. Coupland was the lead negotiator who successfully negotiated, secured and obtained the Impacts and Benefits Agreement with the Sahtu Dene First Nations on their traditional territories which allowed the Company to be fully permitted for exploration and diamond drilling in the Sahtu District in Canada's Northwest Territories.

Mr. Coupland has had a successful track record of assembling highly seasoned teams of professionals, consultants, financial consultants and mineral exploration advisors in mining and oil & gas who have proven track records in financing, negotiation and promotion required to secure and develop successful exploration projects. Mr. Coupland has held numerous senior officer and directorship positions with TSX Venture and OTCQB listed junior mining companies. He also brings a wealth of technical, financial and venture capital expertise and experience, as well as long-term business relationships with many Canadian First Nations & Métis Groups living and operating in BC, Alberta and Canada's Northwest Territories.
