We are seeking a Safety Administrative Assistant to become an integral part of our team. The Safety Administrative Assistant must work collaboratively with internal administrative/office personnel, external stakeholders, and union tradespeople in supporting and coordinating assigned construction activities to meet both project and company objectives.
Essential Duties:
Ensure safety compliance is maintained with clients through 3rd party vetting agencies; ISNetworld, Avetta, DISA Compliance Monitoring, National Compliance Management Service, just to name a few.
Assist with Fleet Management- procurement, disposal, repairs, and maintenance. Maintain Netradyne (Fleet dashcams and GPS tracking. Enterprise Vehicle Leasing dashboard and Drivers Schedule
Obtain Certificates of Insurance from the Insurance Carrier to provide for clients/customers.
Assist with Annual Vehicle Registration renewals (April)
Maintain Personal Protective Equipment inventory: Safety Helmets, full & half face shields , 70e Arc Flash PPE, Headlamps
Arc Flash Electrical Glove Rotation
Scheduling of Professional RI Hospital Badge Training and OSHA 10-30 under the UL Pure Safety training portal
SiteDocs maintenance (project creation and inactivation) update worker Licensing and certifications.
Maintain Driver's Licenses on the Approved Drivers Schedule
Assist in the daily office duties of the Safety Team

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree or higher is preferred.
2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a safety or compliance-related role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

We are seeking a PROJECT COORDINATOR to become an integral part of our Electrical/Traffic division. The goal of the position is to allow Operation/Project Managers and Supervisors to focus on job execution, while ensuring implementation of our core business processes. The Project Coordinator must work collaboratively with internal administrative/office personnel, external stakeholders, and union tradespeople in supporting and coordinating assigned construction activities to meet both project and company objectives. The Project Coordinator will assist operation/project managers in overseeing, documenting, and reporting on the daily activities of assigned construction projects. With training and experience, the Project Coordinator will develop into a project management role.
Essential Duties:
Report to the assigned operations/project manager as directed
Serves as the main point of contact for all service customers to ensure customer expectations are met
Work with field electricians/staff to schedule customer jobs
Proactively follows up with customers after completion of service visits
Understand and comply to all company safety procedures
Prepare work scope packages
Track Electrical/Traffic construction project progress and monitor quality control
Document project changes using the Request for Information (RFI) system
Prepare subcontractor bid packages, subcontracts, and purchase orders
Support material procurement (request quotes, process PO's, and invoicing) as well as internal requests in support of all projects.
Support change order requests & prepare customer proposals for all PM-driven change orders. Once PO has been received, change orders are to be processed by the APM
Monitor all closed jobs; ensure all are billed 100%.
Other duties as assigned by the operations/project manager
Qualifications:
Basic understanding of the construction industry. Understanding of Municipal and Department of Transportation processes.
Ability to read project specifications and "blueprint" drawings
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
Knowledge of accounting principles
Strong ability to lead, motivate, and manage project teams in the successful electrical construction project completion

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Designer to anchor our Mechanical Discipline providing design services to our engineering practices across the firm. The successful candidate shall have a minimum of 2-5 years of HVAC Design Experience using REVIT software.
The candidate will have experience in the design, layout, of HVAC systems including ductwork and piping distribution. Experience with layout of AHU's, and Mechanical Rooms is a plus.
Candidate will be able to draw 3D ductwork, piping in 3D architectural models receiving direction from a Lead Engineer.
Candidate will have the opportunity to progress into an HVAC Senior HVAC design and/or Engineering position.
Education and Experience:
2+ years drafting program or college courses that included REVIT curriculum or experience in both 2D (details & diagrams) and 3D environments.

AutoCAD, (MEP, Plant,) Revit MEP, NavisWorks proficiency a plus.

We are seeking an experienced and self-directed Mechanical HVAC Design Engineer to anchor our Mechanical Discipline providing design services to our engineering practices across the firm. The successful candidate will be proficient and experienced in leading and executing mechanical and HVAC construction packages on both stand-alone projects and as part of large multidisciplinary project teams.
The candidate will have experience in the design, specification, construction document development, bidding, construction, field engineering, and startup support of industrial, municipal, and commercial HVAC, utility, and process systems. This includes layout, equipment selection, heating & cooling load calculations hydronic heating piping, ductwork design, and general coordination of these mechanical discipline components for multidisciplinary projects.
Design experience shall also include but is not limited to Air Handling Units, Energy Recovery Ventilators, Fans, Oil, Gas & Propane Boilers, Electric Unit Heaters, Hydronic Heating Systems, Water to Water Heat Pumps, Fume Hoods, Louvers, Diffusers, Registers, Grilles, and split system heating/cooling units.
Candidate with HVAC system instrumentation and controls experience preferred, including design of the instruments, controls, and sequences of operations of commercial HVAC systems and unit processes.
Develop and evaluate system approaches, concepts, and options to determine the best design and engineering solution for each project based upon the project scope and life cycle costs.
Design mechanical systems including the preparation of all engineering calculations including load calculations, equipment selection and layout.
Develop all approved drawings and specifications.
Apply ASHRAE and NFPA standards during design. Work with code authorities as required for approval of plans and specifications, or if code related questions arise. Effectively coordinate with other design and project team members including the architect, lead process engineer, controls engineer, electrical and structural engineers, field personnel, service technicians etc. to ensure mechanical systems are integrated with all trades and designed to latest building codes.
Education and Experience:
BS in Mechanical Engineering or related fields preferred but not required and 5-10 years of related experience. Direct experience working for consulting firm in the design of HVAC systems is highly preferred.

The goal of the position is to allow Operation/Project Managers and Supervisors to focus on job execution, while ensuring implementation of our core business processes. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in federal construction and industrial projects with expertise in plumbing, HVAC, sprinkler systems, and manufacturing construction. The ideal candidate will ensure full compliance with FAR clauses, oversee project execution, and manage budgets, schedules, and stakeholder relationships in government-funded projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage federal construction and manufacturing projects, including plumbing, HVAC, and sprinkler systems.
Ensure strict compliance with FAR clauses and federal contracting requirements.
Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules to meet government regulations and performance standards.
Coordinate with federal agencies, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
Oversee procurement processes, contract negotiations, and material sourcing in accordance with FAR guidelines.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience managing federal construction and industrial projects, including plumbing, HVAC, sprinkler systems, environmental, and industrial work.
Strong knowledge of FAR clauses, federal procurement processes, and government contracting regulations.
Expertise in OSHA regulations, environmental compliance, and industrial safety standards.
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Designer to anchor our Mechanical Discipline providing design services to our engineering practices across the firm. The successful candidate shall have a minimum of 2-5 years of HVAC Design Experience using REVIT software.
The candidate will have experience in the design, layout, of HVAC systems including ductwork and piping distribution. Experience with layout of AHUs, and Mechanical Rooms is a plus.
Candidate will be able to draw 3D ductwork, piping in 3D architectural models receiving direction from a Lead Engineer.
Candidate will have the opportunity to progress into an HVAC Senior HVAC design and/or Engineering position.
Education and Experience:
2+ years drafting program or college courses that included REVIT curriculum or experience in both 2D (details & diagrams) and 3D environments.
2- 5 years of experience with an HVAC Engineering Consultant Firm.
Job Requirements:
AutoCAD, (MEP, Plant,) Revit MEP, NavisWorks proficiency a plus.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision from Lead Engineer
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to consistently set goals and meet deadlines and adapt to flexible responsibilities.

We are seeking an experienced and self-directed Mechanical HVAC Design Engineer to anchor our Mechanical Discipline providing design services to our engineering practices across the firm. The successful candidate will be proficient and experienced in leading and executing mechanical and HVAC construction packages on both stand-alone projects and as part of large multidisciplinary project teams.
The candidate will have experience in the design, specification, construction document development, bidding, construction, field engineering, and startup support of industrial, municipal, and commercial HVAC, utility, and process systems. This includes layout, equipment selection, heating & cooling load calculations hydronic heating piping, ductwork design, and general coordination of these mechanical discipline components for multidisciplinary projects.
Design experience shall also include but is not limited to Air Handling Units, Energy Recovery Ventilators, Fans, Oil, Gas & Propane Boilers, Electric Unit Heaters, Hydronic Heating Systems, Water to Water Heat Pumps, Fume Hoods, Louvers, Diffusers, Registers, Grilles, and split system heating/cooling units.
Candidate with HVAC system instrumentation and controls experience preferred, including design of the instruments, controls, and sequences of operations of commercial HVAC systems and unit processes.
Develop and evaluate system approaches, concepts, and options to determine the best design and engineering solution for each project based upon the project scope and life cycle costs.
Design mechanical systems including the preparation of all engineering calculations including load calculations, equipment selection and layout.
Develop all approved drawings and specifications.
Apply ASHRAE and NFPA standards during design. Work with code authorities as required for approval of plans and specifications, or if code related questions arise. Effectively coordinate with other design and project team members including the architect, lead process engineer, controls engineer, electrical and structural engineers, field personnel, service technicians etc. to ensure mechanical systems are integrated with all trades and designed to latest building codes.
Education and Experience:
BS in Mechanical Engineering or related fields preferred but not required and 5-10 years of related experience. Direct experience working for consulting firm in the design of HVAC systems is highly preferred.

We are seeking for a Project Engineer to become an integral part of our team. The Project Engineer must work collaboratively with internal administrative/office personnel, external stakeholders, and union tradespeople in supporting and coordinating assigned construction activities to meet both project and company objectives.
Essential Duties:
Preparation of work scope packages
Change order estimating and development
Project tracking and quality control
Documentation and facilitation of problem solving using the RFI system
Preparation of subcontractor bid packages, subcontracts, and purchase orders
Qualifications:
Strong ability to lead, motivate, and manage project teams in successful project completion.
Establish accountability for results and develop a positive work environment for every project team member to thrive professionally and personally.
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communications skills to effectively communicate with employees, customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
Minimum Requirements:

ADA Physical Requirements:
Lifting no more than 20 pounds on an occasional basis and up to 10 pounds frequently.
Typically requires standing and walking for 6 hours of an 8-hour day (certain light jobs may require continuous sitting and entail the consistent use of either hand or foot controls).
May repetitively climb up to and down 6 steps on different size ladders (6-12) during a shift and/or use step stools. May frequently climb up and down various steps and stairs.
Frequently work in controlled building environments as well as in occasional extreme indoor and outdoor temperatures to include heat and cold, high, or low humidity, noisy and dusty environments.
Work with frequent interruptions during a work shift.
