His career includes serving as President, Director and COO of HealthTrust Inc., as well as Executive Vice President and Director of Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) and COO and Director of General Care Corp. Charlie has served on numerous Boards of Directors, including 10 healthcare companies. He previously served on the board of Council Capital portfolio company NotifyMD.
