POSITION SUMMARY:
The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support and will be responsible for a wide ranging, diverse group of tasks. Responsibilities
* Provides administrative support.

* Upholds the utmost level of confidentiality and provides priority updates and alerts to executive team.
* Coordinates activities relating to on-site and off-site meetings and conferences including hotel and travel arrangements, itineraries, preparation of support materials, meal planning and related tasks.
* Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements using travel management platforms, ensuring efficiency and alignment with executive preferences and budgets.
* Processes and submits travel expense reports for the entire department for timely reimbursement.
* Oversee the preparation, upload, and distribution of board materials through a secure board management platform, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness.
* Leverage proficiency in expense reporting systems to process reimbursements accurately, maintain compliance, and ensure timely completion.
* Provides support to departments when needed to cover for absences, heavy workload, etc.
* Maintains an accurate and efficient filing system.

Qualifications
Education & Experience:
* Associates degree or High School Diploma.
* 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant with a preference towards C suite support.

What qualifications you will need:
Must be a graduate of an accredited 24-month Radiological Technology Program.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
