Angie Goldberg is a Chief Growth Officer at Ardent Mills and is based in Helsinki, Uusimaa Province, Finland.

Chris, a business strategist and delivery executive, has been the CIO at Ardent Mills since Feb 2018. Prior to that he spent 21 years at Monsanto Company helping to shape the business and digital strategy and transformation within the agricultural industry. He is a progressive leader that focuses on people development, customer experience, customer service, technology implementation, business process design, business strategy creation, merger and acquisition strategy, and digital product development.

Chris has spent his career driving global technology and business strategy across Fortune 500 companies that are leading innovators in multiple industries. Chris started his career in the United States Navy where he first found his love for technology and its use to make everyday tasks more simple. He installed some of the first networks in the US Navy and helped to implement the first electronic message transmissions within the ships on the USS Milwaukee and USS Enterprise.

After the Navy, Chris continued his career path in technology focusing on key infrastructure roles designing, implementing and supporting large IT platforms such as ERP, CRM, Database, BPM, and Web platforms to run Monsanto’s key systems. After 10+ years of supporting and implementing the backoffice platforms, Chris began working with our key business teams to help create an IT driven digital business strategy with the global and regional business teams with Monsanto.

Chris spent 2.5 years living in Europe (The Netherlands) as the CIO of Monsanto’s Europe, Middle East, and Africa business. During this time, Chris was responsible for uniting the IT team across Europe, outsourcing their service department to a managed service, integrating key acquisitions into their ERP environment, and building a digital IT strategy to drive growth for the business across the region.

Douglas Barkema is a General Counsel/Chief Legal Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, Corporate Secretary at Ardent Mills and is based in Denver, Colorado. He has worked as Credit Department - Credit Analyst at Whirlpool, Senior Lawyer; Lawyer at Cargill, and CAREERS Summer Associate at OPPENHEIMER WOLFF & DONNELLY. Douglas attended Iowa State University Ivy College of Business between 1994 and 1998, University of Iowa College of Law between 2000 and 2003, and Bethel Seminary St. Paul between 2011 and 2014.

Heather Dumas is the Chief People Officer at Ardent Mills. Heather Dumas attended University of Edinburgh Business School.

CFO at Ardent Mills, an independently-run joint venture between Cargill, ConAgra and CHS. This business was formed in June 2014 to form the largest flour milling business in the world with 43 plant facilities spread across the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico.
