Assure all food preparation, storage, handling and holding procedures are done within all local and state codes. Works creatively when needed to accommodate unique food service needs of the camp program and or our guests. Responsible for the proper use and stewardship of camp's natural resources, facilities and equipment. Assures the cleanliness and organization of the dining room and related department resources such as buffet tables, seating etc… Attends all trainings as required for maintaining position Represents the YMCA and YMCA CAMP CLASSEN at all times with professionalism both and work and in public Other duties as assigned
