Key Responsibilities
Own, maintain and manage assigned executive's calendar, seamlessly scheduling meetings, appointments, travel plans
Be able to review their calendar for upcoming projects or meetings that might need time budgeted to prepare, plan or research prior to the calendar event
Be the guide and protector that ensures the executive's schedule is followed…while managing needed adjustments based on priority…so that maximum efficiency is achieved in their daily activities

Ability to draft executive communications on their behalf

Key Responsibilities
Serve as mechanical lead from concept through construction closeout, owning HVAC scope, schedule and deliverables with minimal oversight
Lead the full HVAC design scope on projects, including permit drawings, load calculations, COMcheck documentation and construction administration
Develop HVAC drawings and BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD; coordinate integration with architectural, structural and electrical disciplines
Review designs for compliance with the City of Chicago Building Code, Illinois codes and relevant standards (ASHRAE 90.1, 62.1, 55, 15; IMC; NFPA; IECC; SMACNA)
Provide sealed technical documentation for submittals to permitting authorities

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Illinois

Permit experience outside Illinois, with knowledge of regional code variations and ability to adapt designs to local requirements
Plumbing system design (domestic water, sanitary, storm) and coordination with fire protection systems
Working knowledge of electrical systems and how they integrate with mechanical and plumbing equipment (power requirements, controls, coordination)
Field experience with system installation, BAS integration, troubleshooting, or commissioning
Experience mentoring junior engineers

Required Qualifications
