Job Details based in an outpatient radiation therapy clinic with occasional inpatient treatment, • Treats a wide range of cancer types including lung, breast, brain, head and neck, GYN, metastatic disease, and lymphomas, • Typically sees an average of 65 patients per day, with 98-99% outpatient population, • Staffing ratio is 2 therapists per treatment machine and 2 per CT simulation, • Uses Accuray Tomotherapy HI.ART, Varian True Beam (experience required), and Mosaiq EMR (required), • Epic EMR experience is preferred, • Day shift, Monday through Friday from 0800-1630 (5x8 hour shifts); no weekends, on call, or holiday shifts, • May float within the department to provide patient transport, always with another therapist, Job Requirements • Graduate of a Radiation Therapy program eligible for ARRT (T) cert, • Active ARRT certification required, • BLS certification required, • 3-5 years of Radiation Oncology experience required, with 5 years preferred, • Experience with Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT), Tomotherapy (Accuray Tomotherapy required), SRS, EBRT, and VMAT, • Experience with Varian True Beam treatment machine is required, • Volumetric Modulated Arc Therapy (VMAT), Accuray RADIXACT, and CT simulation experience are preferred, • License required if applicable, • Candidates must live at least 100 miles from any Monument Health facility, Additional Information • Position involves delivering advanced therapeutic modalities for cancer patients, • Collaborative team environment includes support from medical physicists, dosimetrists, oncologists, therapists, RNs, and LPNs, • In-department orientation provided, including two days covering facility standards and procedures, • Accepts first-time travelers who meet experience requirements, • Permanent staff must wait one year before returning as a traveler, • Steel grey scrubs required, • Free parking is available onsite, • Up to seven days of time off permitted without manager approval, but contract must be extended to fulfill the full 13-week assignment,

Typical Day in the Life A typical day for an Outsourced IT intern WILL include: * Traveling onsite to clients from time to time. * PC Setup and deployment * Study and work towards completing industry-accredited certifications. * Attend trainings, workshops, and pass off onboarding requirements. * Attend and participate in team meetings where you will discuss client issues and solutions, and how to better the team. * Work closely with client stakeholders to gather requirements and to discuss the more technical aspects of client issues and requirements. * Help conduct assessments of client needs while considering the different facets of the Outsourced IT services. * Maintain awareness of technology trends and issues to apply that knowledge to client issues and solutions. * Manage client relationships with integrity by monitoring client needs and building value into professional service. * Actively seek and provide feedback to develop the firm's Outsourced IT team. * Support Managed Service customers * Field 1st level help desk calls A typical day for an Outsourced IT intern MAY include: * Configure, deploy, assess usage, and build customers solutions using Microsoft 365 service technologies. * Design and implement various technologies for clients with high availability, disaster recovery, performance and reliability for network and server systems. * Consult with clients to provide recommendations on how to improve their technical environments and ensure a high-level of uptime. * Conduct assessments of client cybersecurity practices, including activities related to penetration testing, incident response, digital forensics, software development, application security, etc. * Develop formal client reports and templates outlining the conclusions and recommendations of cybersecurity assessments.
