Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain compliance with program regulations by planning, organizing and implementing procedures and systems within programs. (May include: Head Start/Early Head Start performance standards, USDA, DOT, Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care licensing requirements, QRIS, and NAEYC accreditation standards).
- Provide direction to management and/or educational teams to ensure program standards for their concentration area are met through observations, file reviews and data analysis.
- Support case management meetings. Contact other consultants when necessary (Health Care Consultant, Medical providers, etc.). Assist with referrals to outside agencies when warranted.
- Evaluates and monitors program effectiveness and provides a monthly report for their concentration area using the CMS and Child Plus databases.
- Communicate with staff, parents and medical providers to ensure all requirements for each child are met.
- Develop collaborative relationships within the Agency and with external organizations with the goal of continually improving high quality programming.
