The Regional Manager is responsible for making sure all locations operate in accordance with Tire Discounters' high standards. * Work with store team members to make sure all policies and processes are followed and recommend improvements. * Support and effectively deliver Tire Discounters programs relevant to your locations. * Conduct regular store visits and audits to verify stores are operating at the highest level. * Communicate across all levels -- the Regional Manager is the nexus between the various support functions and the stores. * Ensure all communication is properly delivered to the stores and that the team members understand the why behind it. * Escalate concerns and issues timely to the appropriate team with follow-up to make sure your team is getting the correct support. * Handle (or delegate when appropriate) all customer concerns within the assigned region.
