A Day in the Life

**A Day in the Life:**
The Central Operations Manager will monitor the escalation queue for their assigned region. They will own the process of identifying and resolving bottlenecks for fleet and maintenance related no-rev vehicles by taking on the burden of troubleshooting and resolving the more time consuming escalations from the field fleet and maintenance teams. They will be held accountable for reducing idle days by working the most complex or aged vehicles that are not generating revenue.
