Software Proficiency: Experience with project management tools, Microsoft Office Suite, timekeeping software, and CRM software. Knowledge of Service Titan helpful. Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience installing and servicing CCTV, access control, alarm, and audio-visual systems.
