Key Responsibilities In this role, you will lead and develop Case Managers and Intake Coordinators while overseeing case management services for Day Support, Respite, and Summer Camp programs. You will guide case management and training services that support employees with disabilities, including job coaching and life navigation, while also maintaining strong partnerships with community organizations and referral networks. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with DBHDS, DARS, Medicaid Waiver, ACA, AbilityOne, and other regulatory requirements. You will monitor performance measures, oversee caseload management, and foster a collaborative and solutions-focused culture that emphasizes quality outcomes and service excellence. Knowledge & Experience The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Vocational Rehabilitation, or a related field (a Master's degree is preferred) and has at least five years of experience in rehabilitation services, case management, or similar fields, along with five years of supervisory experience. You should possess strong knowledge of disability services, Medicaid Waiver, and AbilityOne regulations, and demonstrate strength in leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Preferred credentials include certifications such as ACRE, CESP, QMHP, or QDDP. Successful candidates must be able to travel to multiple worksites, pass a Federal background check, and obtain access to military bases. We are SOAR365!
