Work hours are Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Job Responsibilities: Set up and operate Lapping Machines to complete each step of the manufacturing plan Take precise measurements for cutting or shaping Verify the gage with precision and measuring tools Continually monitor machine while working to adjust the feed, maintain temperature, and identify issues Check parts to ensure machine-related mistakes or flaws do not exist Collaborate with your co-workers and supervisor to problem solve and meet deadlines Perform cleaning and basic maintenance of work areas and the machines Meet the daily job assignment set by Production Supervisor, and consistently produce high-quality work Listen and follow through with instructions Take personal ownership to work safely in every aspect, following both established and “common sense” safety rules Follow Company Office Rules, policies, safe work practices and procedures that ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws Perform all other duties assigned
