Job Description
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Use monitoring and detection platforms to investigate anomalous and potentially risky activity
Lead investigations, coordinating support from other teams where required
Advise and assist in the onboarding and operationalization of a new Insider Threta tool. Evaluate other tooling as needed.
Create standard operating procedures for investigations and cross-functional processes
Prepare chain-of-evidence and engage with Legal counsel, if/when required
Help establish and maintain investigative standards, workflows, and documentation practices
Ensure investigative activities comply with legal, regulatory, and ethical requirements related to privacy, labor law, and corporate governance

Understanding of Operating System, Web Server, database, and Security devices (firewall/NIDS/NIPS) logs and log formats
Knowledge of physical security especially as it intersects with cybersecurity
Understanding of Identity and Access Management, authentication, and authorization
Understanding of cloud identity models, privileged access management, and data exfiltration risks in cloud environments
Knowledge of intrusion detection methodologies and techniques for detecting host- and network- based intrusions via intrusion detection technologies

Between 10-15 years of experience in Enterprise Cybersecurity in the financial, government, military, law enforcement or technology sector

The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus. Note, the range takes into account a broad spectrum of qualifications, including, but not limited to, years of relevant work experience, education, and other relevant qualifications specific to the role.
$210,000 - $230,000

The purpose of the Leasing Consultant is to lease apartments, retain residents through customer service, and handle administrative and financial responsibilities for their assigned community.
Primary Functions:
I. Leasing Responsibilities:
Ensure leasing procedures are followed on a daily basis.
Manage availability guidelines.
Review leasing follow up weekly.
Receive incoming phone calls from prospects in a professional and welcoming manner and entice them to visit the community. Check the answering service for messages and follow up on all messages, as necessary.

Escort a future resident to an apartment home and to all amenity areas.
Drive a golf cart or walk with prospects.
Prepare all paperwork needed before submitting lease files for verification.
Verify applications and process file quickly through phone calls and correspondence. Submit to manager for approval. Set up file for move-in.
Turn in traffic and phone recap weekly to the Community Director.
Follow up with each visitor within 24 hours via personal phone call and send a personal note/e-mail for them to receive within seven days of their visit.
Any other projects or assignments given by Community Director or Regional Director.
General Office/Administrative Responsibilities:
Conduct move-in, move-out and turnkey inspections and follow through with any concerns.
Maintain key closet procedures to ensure proper control of access and security on the property.
Receive and acknowledge resident notices and prepare files.
Maintain dress code as outlined in the policy manual and ensure Leasing Team adheres to the policy and uniform schedule.
Assist in Lease renewal procedure by:
i. Completing lease renewal printout and submitting to Community Director for approval.
ii. Contacting each resident by phone prior, to 75 days before the end of their initial term.
iii. Sending renewal letters to those residents you are unable to reach by phone.
iv. Typing new leases.
v. Following up on any promises made at time of renewal.
Assemble move-in packages.
Keep all filing current.
Operate office alarm system in conjunction with opening and closing the office.
Deliver thorough move-in presentation to new residents.
Calculate daily rent, prorate charges, late fees and percentages.

Maintenance Technicians must wear complete uniform with I.D. badge when working on any Titan Corp. property at all times, including nights and weekends.
Essential Duties include the following (other duties may be assigned):
1. Complete all service requests within 24 hours, unless it requires extraordinary parts or labor.
2. Keep maintenance shop in a clean and orderly manner.
3. Monitor and operate compactor.
4. Help maintain grounds and streets free of litter.
5. Keep uniform and personal appearance clean and neat.
6. Maintain all amenity areas.
7. Assist Community Director with unusual projects as necessary to maintain smooth property operation.
8. Maintain all project directional signs, making sure they are clean, painted, and straight.
9. Monitor recycling containers. Keep them clean and items separated.
10. Call Community Director or Maintenance Supervisor before you are going to be out of work for any reason.
11. Monitor guidelines for vacant, office, and common areas.
12. Responsible for checking and replacing any defective or burned out light bulbs or security lights. Light inspections to be done one or two times per week.
13. Serve maintenance "on call" as necessary.
14. Perform other duties as assigned by the Community Director and/or Maintenance Supervisor.
While performing the above responsibilities and assignments, you may be required to perform tasks that will require a great amount of physical exertion. Listed below are common requirements for your duties as Maintenance Technician for Titan:

· You will be required to climb ladders in order to clean leaves out of gutters and do roof repairs. Ladders required to perform this task will range from 16 to 40 feet in length and range in weight from 20 to 125 pounds. You will be required to lift and transport these ladders.
· Make sure preventative maintenance is done on all weight room equipment.
· Use of a ladder is required to change light bulbs in breezeways and on buildings. These ladders could range in weight from 10 to 125 pounds.
· Changing panels of glass ranging in weight from 10 to 40 pounds is require and may require the use of a ladder to accomplish the task.
· Pool maintenance is a big responsibility and often requires you to lift and / or transport 100-pound drums of granular chlorine, 50-pound drums of stick chlorine, and 50-pound bags of soda ash or bicarbonate of soda. You are responsible for replacing pool pump room motors and pumps. These pumps and motors could range from 25 to 200 pounds, depending on the size required.
· As part of your daily maintenance routine, you may be required to move appliances from one apartment to another apartment on opposite ends of the community. The appliance may have to be transported by means of a hand truck up one to three flights of steps. These appliances will range in weight from 75 to over 200 pounds.
· Our commercial laundry rooms are equipped with single washing machines and / or stacked (double) clothes dryers, which you will be required to move in order to repair and perform preventative maintenance. These machines range in weight from 120 to 150 pounds.
· On occasion, you will be required to move furniture from one model unit to another or move furniture items in a resident's apartment to accomplish certain repairs or to correct flood damage. This would require that you move items weighing several pounds to several hundred pounds.
· During the course of your job, you may be involved in repairs to the building structure. You may be required to move or transport a number of different building type materials weighing several pounds to several hundred pounds
· At certain times you will be required to perform maintenance on special equipment (i.e., exercise equipment, gas grills, golf carts, car washes, amenity areas, and security gates). All of these functions require different physical exertion and their weight depends on the particular equipment (usually in excess of 100 pounds)
· You will be required to perform certain resident service functions or make upgrades to the apartment. An example would be to install track lighting or ceiling fans. Both duties would require the work to be done using a stepladder and require lifting with two hands.
In addition to the above, you will be required to lift and transport other items pertaining to maintenance (weighing up to 200 pounds) for the smooth operation of the property.

Qualifications

Primary functions and essential responsibilities:
The Senior Associate will be responsible for helping manage and streamline investor reporting and data analytics for the Alternative Credit Product Management and Investor Relations team. The Senior Associate will also be involved with ongoing investor relations activities for Alternative Credit funds and separately managed accounts, which may include, but are not limited to, product development, marketing strategy, and the creation of marketing and due diligence materials.
