We are seeking a motivated GraphicDesigner to join our team and contribute to our clients' fundraising programs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for conservative politics, a strong eye for design, excellent collaboration skills, and solid project management abilities. This is a great opportunity for designers early in their career to grow within a mission-focused, fast-paced agency environment.
This is a full-time, in-office position located in Ashburn, VA. Remote work is not an option.
What You'll Do
Design effective print materials for nonprofit and political fundraising campaigns, including direct mail packages, donor newsletters, calendars, and other inserts.
Be a forever student of direct response. A successful GraphicDesigner is hungry to learn the best practices of direct-response and study what's working both in our agency and across the industry.
Be obsessed with results. A successful GraphicDesigner is always seeking to improve client performance through creative design and strategic testing of package elements.
Maintain a positive, solution-oriented mindset. We're looking for someone who thrives on challenges and enjoys problem-solving.
Build strong relationships with HSP's Creative team of copywriters, translating their creative concepts into visually compelling layouts that drive results.
Collaborate with HSP's Project Managers to prepare package files for print production, ensuring accuracy and high quality.
What We're Looking For
Technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar design tools.
Alignment with HSP's mission and share in our commitment to support conservative clients and principles.
Clear and effective communicator who welcomes collaboration and feedback.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Ability to work with different teams and personalities while respectfully pushing for the desired outcome.
