What do you like best about Ares Management's CEO and the leadership team?

He is very knowledgeable anll things private credit and is great at communicating the corporations path forward. He’s relatable and not egotistical.

How would you improve Ares Management's culture?

Hire more people to allow for a better work life culture and flexibility. Private credit really focuses on single people that can grind long hours.

How did you prepare for the Ares Management interview?

I prepared for my interview by doing as much research on the company as possible and looking at the financial statement.

How does your compensation at Ares Management compare to the industry average?

Probably slightly higher but you have to work crazy hours

Ares really focuses on inclusive and diversity so I would say a strong representation

What brings you the most joy at Ares Management?

Culture and collaboration. Work will always be there but if have a great group of people you work with makes the work more enjoyable.
