Mr. Rainer H. Bosselmann has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Argan Inc. since October 2003 and has been its Chairman since May 2003. Mr. Bosselmann is an Advisor at Main Street Resources. He has served as a Principal of Holding Capital Group Inc. since 1996. He has acquired and operated dozens of companies over decades creating tremendous value generally in the small-cap consolidation area. Mr. Bosselmann served as Chief Executive Officer at Arguss

Mr. Watson joined Gladstone as Chief Financial Officer of Gladstone Investment Corporation in January 2010. Prior to joining Gladstone, he was the Director of Portfolio Accounting for MCG Capital Corporation from 2007 to 2010. Mr. Watson was employed by Capital Advisory Services, LLC, which subsequently joined Navigant Consulting, Inc., where he held various positions providing finance and accounting consulting services from 2001 to 2007. Prior to that, Mr. Watson was an auditor at Deloitte and Touche. He received a MBA from the University of Maryland's Smith School of Business and a BS from Washington and Lee University, and is a CPA with the Commonwealth of Virginia.
