Toxic work enviroment. The COO couldnt make it as a backruptcy lawyer, and decided to try running a manufacturing facility. The ownership is nonexistent and not in tune with their company. Sue previous employees that leave for noncompete breaches.
Getting new owners that want to run their company like a business and not a hobby.
