Evan G. Greenberg was elected as our Chairman of the Board in May 2007. We appointed Mr. Greenberg as our President and Chief Executive Officer in May 2004 and as our President and Chief Operating Officer in June 2003. In April 2002, Mr. Greenberg was appointed to the position of Chief Executive Officer of ACE Overseas General. Mr. Greenberg is Chair of the US-China Business Council, Vice Chair of the National Committee on United States-China Relations, Chairman Emeritus of the US-ASEAN Business Council, and serves on the board of the Council of the Americas. He serves on the Center for Strategic & International Studies (CSIS) Southeast Asia Advisory Board and is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and the Atlantic Council’s International Advisory Board. Mr. Greenberg is also an overseer of the International Rescue Committee.
