Responsibilities: Our interns will have an opportunity to complete challenging and gratifying projects in their field of study, working side by side with mine site professionals in the field. Metallurgy Intern: Work with Metallurgy and Assay Lab groups to learn about ore recovery testing methods and various analytical assay determinations at Florida Canyon. Spend time with Process and Leach Operations groups to learn the basics of gold leaching from the Florida Canyon leach pad and subsequent recovery from activated carbon. Work with site metallurgist to develop weekly and monthly ore leaching plans. Qualifications: * Must be able to complete an internship lasting a minimum of ten (10) weeks between May 1 and September 1, 2026. * Must be enrolled in school for the Fall 2026 semester (proof of enrollment required). * Must have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher (transcripts required). * Must be able to pass Florida Canyon Mining's pre-employment physical, which includes drug and alcohol testing as well as metals testing (where applicable). Job Summary The IT Specialist is a hands‑on, customer‑focused technologist who keeps Bald Mountain's users productive and our site technology resilient. The IT Specialist will split time between first‑line/second‑line support and have ownership of core systems: Windows servers/Active Directory, IGA (Identity Governance and Administration), Nutanix‑based virtualization and storage, Cisco switching and fiber, point‑to‑point and point‑to‑multipoint wireless links, and Dell client endpoints. The IT Specialist will collaborate with OT and plant teams to support industrial networks and site infrastructure. Essential Functions 1. Systems analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with end users, contractors and vendors to determine hardware and software or system functional specifications. 2. Design, documentation, analysis, testing of computer systems or programs, based on site and department specifications. 3.
