Not micro-managed. If you work hard, you will make a lot of $$$. Supportive staff and Managers. Flexible if you are working hard and producing results.
Not great training. Cannot work from home as an option permanently. Flexible if you really need to work from home, but it's not an all the time option.
Access to Leadership! President is right there if I need something. Always available for any of us to talk to. They leave you alone to do what you need to do to be successful.
Bottom up style of our President. Fair and flexible, but also we know what's expected. No surprises!
I wouldn't. All kinds of different types of people work here, and it's a crazy family!
