The Boston-based investment banking analyst will have exposure to multiple industries, such as industrials, business services, manufacturing, technology, consumer & retail, and food & beverage. Analysts can expect to be involved in a variety of transactions, including valuation, debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, recapitalization and restructuring assignments. Transaction teams are typically small in size, providing significant responsibility and exposure to senior level professionals and clients Requirements: Bachelor's degree with top academic performance Minimum one to two years of investment banking or restructuring experience required Strong interest in M&A, debt and equity capital markets, special situations, and restructuring investment banking Strong quantitative and qualitative skills, with experience in financial modeling and financial statement analysis Self-directed, highly motivated, able to learn and work independently in a fast-paced, challenging environment and manage a variety of transactions and projects simultaneously Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated team player and leader with a strong motivation to contribute to a positive team culture SIE, Series 63, and Series 79 licenses required at time of hiring or shortly thereafter This is a full-time position based in Boston, MA.
