General Responsibilities:
Areas of responsibility included, but are not limited to, the following job functions. Provide pricing of all domestic shipments as requested by customers. Provide viable shipping solutions for all internal and external customers utilizing current tools and computer programs. Utilize graph data indicating pricing trends over time, which will help determine charges during slow and peak seasons. Help with tracking, routing and cutting documentation for domestic shipments and gathering costs for billing.
Specific Job Duties:
Proactively communicate metrics and project objectives, status, barriers, and results to all levels of the organization.
Scope the issue then define, build, and implement solution to measure price effectively
Interact with carriers and agents to obtain information regarding service capabilities and rates
Interact with operations and supply vendor cost related to quoted charges
Ensures compliance with corporate, branch and department policies and procedures
Ensure understanding and achievement of corporate, regional branch OAR's (objectives, actions, and results)
Understand basic financial goals established by management.
Provide pricing and budgetary estimates for all Aries products. Obtain feedback regarding comparative positions of rates, while gathering current market data
Develop and maintain product and service pricing matrices, maintain pricing database, develop standard pricing, develop customer specific pricing in accordance with product management
Coordinate with product management regarding current cost per carrier and vendor contracts
Support business development through completion of price and one-off quotes.

Overview
The Manager, Regional Security is responsible for overseeing and managing security operations, programs, and contractor compliance team within a specific geographic area, or region for a company or organization. Overview
The International Operations Agent III is responsible for coordinating the day to day import/export of international freight forwarding shipments into and out of the USA across all modes of international transportation based upon customer requests.
Responsibilities
Work with customers to qualify their shipping requirements and obtain all details (regulations, certificates, documentation) necessary for shipment quotation and operating in order to ensure the customer's request is satisfied.
Prepare profitable quotations accurately.
Set shipping schedules and communicate with customers, deliverers, and ports to verify loading, departures and arrivals in a timely manner.

Track and communicate all delays, damages, problems and work to resolve customer issues.

Manage all aspects of tracking shipments to ensure shipment is moving as scheduled and update system immediately upon verification. Identify and rectify if a shipment has deviated from its schedule.
Coordinate recovery/delivery schedules with various cartage agents and international partners.

Ensure all customers' SOP instructions are adhered to and AIT KPIs and guidelines are followed and met.

Overview
The Customer Service Representative II will act as resource to AIT's customers requests and resolve delivery issues by answering customer's questions and work on resolving them in coordination with other departments. Overview
Recent graduates can kickstart their careers with AIT's Launch program. This two-year immersive program offers comprehensive training, mentorship, global exposure, and career advancement opportunities. Overview
The Domestic Customer Account Manager is responsible for day-to-day management of, and expanding, the client relationship. In addition, the role will be responsible for customer service (24/7), tracking, routing, problem resolution, vendor compliance, account profitability, and all other assigned projects as dictated by the needs of the client. Overview
Recent graduates can kickstart their careers with AIT's Launch program. This two-year immersive program offers comprehensive training, mentorship, global exposure, and career advancement opportunities.
