Overview The International Operations Agent III is responsible for coordinating the day to day import/export of international freight forwarding shipments into and out of the USA across all modes of international transportation based upon customer requests. Responsibilities Work with customers to qualify their shipping requirements and obtain all details (regulations, certificates, documentation) necessary for shipment quotation and operating in order to ensure the customer's request is satisfied. Overview The Domestic Customer Account Manager is responsible for day-to-day management of, and expanding, the client relationship.
