What We're Looking For:
2-4 years of experience in an MSP or similar multi-client IT support environment.
Strong understanding of Microsoft environments (Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365).
Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, firewalls, VPNs, routers/switches).
Comfortable working with RMM and PSA tools (e.g., ConnectWise, Datto, Autotask, etc.).
Great communication skills-both with team members and non-technical clients.
Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks related to IT equipment installation.
