Check Out: Check out the truck and ensure all cases are on the truck. Check all fluid levels, oil, fuel, water, etc. Make no changes to any invoice. If a change is necessary, it must be authorized by Branch Manager or sales manager then the correction must be neat and clear. The driver's number must be printed on all invoices. Chain/Supermarket: All invoices must be stored, stamped and signed. Receiver copy is a must for Chain Stores. Product must be priced. Products must be packed out on shelves, racks, displays and in coolers. All Other Accounts: Product needs to be placed where the customer would like it. Pack out all coolers where needed. Only accept checks made out to AZ METRO DISTRIBUTORS, LLC. Date of delivery is on the check. Accept NO postdated checks. Accept NO third-party checks. Do not leave the product without being paid. Report any corrections for customers' names, address, town and phone number. Check In: Clean the cab of the truck. Return undelivered product to the warehouse.
