Provides education and training to ICE and medical staff in the area of mental health to include, but not limited to, suicide prevention, hunger strike, abuse and neglect and victims of torture. Responsible for all case management which may involve community treatment placement, hospital placement, or other after care situations. Coordinates and monitors program functions including Post Order Custody Reviews (POCR), and Availability of Health Care Programs. Qualifications Education & Experience Requirements The employee must have a minimum of either a high school diploma or a GED as evidence of completion of a high school education, and must have and maintain a current state healthcare license at the level for which hired. 2 years of ALS 911 field EMS experience is required. Certificates, Licenses and Registrations The employee must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license, current state Paramedic, RN certification and CPR. FEMA ICS training 100 and 700 is required Additional certifications preferred: PHTLS, TCCC, ATLS, PALS, EPC, AMLS, Hazmat, Wilderness Additional Information All information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
