SCHEDULES, BENEFITS, AND COMPENSATION
This is a part-time, non-exempt/hourly position requiring a minimum of 20 hours per week, with occasional opportunities to work additional hours based on school needs.
You will work a four-hour shift, Monday through Friday, totaling 20 hours per week. Specific school schedules are determined by school leaders when considering all staff, classroom, and community needs and are as follows:
Mesa - Adobe Hills: 11:00am - 3:00pm
The full compensation range for this position is $19-$22per hour. The starting pay for all new employees is $19 per hour.
Benefits include paid sick (care) time accrued based on hours worked, and a 401(k) plan with a 4% employer contribution match.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Age 18 with high school diploma or GED
Six or more months of prior work experience in childcare, education, or a related setting
Ability to pass background checks, clear tuberculosis screenings, and (upon hire) successfully complete trainings required by the state of Arizona to supervise children independently
Ability to independently supervise, communicate effectively with, and care for young children safely, including ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs
Access to reliable transportation to and from work and ability to consistently attend work as scheduled to ensure proper staff-to-child classroom ratios and support smooth school operations

GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY
A CDL Truck Driver - Lowboy is an hourly-rated skilled craft position that performs on construction projects any combination of the duties described more fully, below. A CDL Truck Driver - Lowboy's primary function is to safely load and secure equipment to be moved from one location to another. This position may also perform a wide variety of tasks, transferring from one task to another as the workflow dictates.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Safely operate a truck to transport construction materials and equipment to and from job sites.
Secure and properly load/unload cargo onto the truck, ensuring it is properly secured and balanced.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately. Checking fluid levels on oil, water, fuel and inspections for leaks and damage to vehicle prior to operation, daily.
Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and safety protocols while operating the flatbed truck.
Communicate effectively with supervisors, dispatchers, and team members regarding job assignments and any potential issues or delays.
EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance to access secured facilities, including military bases.
High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
Valid commercial driver's license (Class A CDL) and driving record with MVR policy guidelines
Must have familiarity with the safe operation of construction and or paving equipment
Knowledge of all USDOT & FMCSA safety regulations
Ability to read and interpret maps, GPS systems, and job site instructions.
Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and supervisors.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, day or night shifts as required.
Experience with airbrakes and standard transmission
Ability to drive truck equipped with different trailer combinations
Ability to calculate weights of equipment with truck/trailer combo to stay within DOT permitting restrictions and guidelines.
Required to carry a current medical examiners certification (FMCSR part 391.41)
Ability to safely drive a water tanker, flatbed and/or other commercial vehicles as required within driver license guidelines and with the required driver license endorsements.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
The position lifts heavy objects (up to 150lbs with assistance), walks (often on uneven surfaces, including natural ground in varying weather conditions) and stands for long periods of time and performs strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions. The employee lifts, pushes, pulls or carries objects; uses abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue; and effectively jumps, sprints or throws objects. The position requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand with arm, two hands) and multilimbed coordination. The position requires the ability to quickly move arms and legs. The employee must have excellent stamina. This position also requires the ability to maintain constant alertness to the multiple concurrent activities of the construction site, including the activities of other employees and contractors, the operation of stationary equipment, and the movement of mobile equipment.

Responsibilities:
Assist the Oral Surgeon at the chair while they are engaged in any treatment of patients.
Must anticipate dentist's needs and be prepared for next steps.
Ensure all OSHA, Dental Board, and WDS policies and procedures are properly followed.
Maintain proper patient treatment records.
Ability to take Blood Pressure.
Give pre and post-operative instructions - within the limits designated by the Oral Surgeon.
Provide oral hygiene instructions to the patient
Turn on all units, switches, and water before patient sits down
Stocks supplies in oratories, restrooms, lab, etc. as needed
Informs Floor Supervisor when supplies need to be re-ordered
Informs Floor Supervisor of broken or malfunctioning equipment
Performs all duties of a Sterilizer when deemed necessary
Ability to build good rapport with patients and staff
Qualifications
A minimum of a High School Diploma
Certified in the state you are applying as an RDA (CA, AZ, NV)
Must have a current X-Ray License
CPR and ACLS certificates required, OMSA or DAANCE preferred
