What You'll Do:
The Admissions Advisor supports the enrollment efforts of Arizona College, by providing admissions information to prospective or newly admitted students, creating communication materials, and by representing the College. This position reports to the Executive Director of Enrollment Services. This position requires considerable interaction with prospective or newly admitted students.
The Day-to-Day:
Communicate with prospective students, parents, and community through appointment, telephone, email, and other materials
Welcomes prospective students by processing paperwork; interviewing applicants; arranging and conducting campus tours; conducting follow-up activities such as letter writing and phone-calling campaigns
Maintains recruiting operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes
Adheres to all compliance and regulatory standards
Maintain and develop professional interaction with a wide range of individuals and VIPs both internal and external
Advises students and families regarding educational opportunities and options, admission and other requirements, policies and procedures as appropriate
Assists each lead and/or inquiry to our college in an honest, caring, and thorough manner
Conducts effective phone presentations and interviews with each candidate
Increases percentage of enrollments and starts from leads through training, experience, and diligence of prospective student follow-up with the prospect through correspondence and routine phone conversations to provide assistance in the completion of the enrollment process
Works cooperatively to provide appropriate data for purposes of reporting, institutional research, and institutional effectiveness
Works to maintain the integrity of the student database (admissions to permanent records) in order to ensure complete accuracy for local records, as well as state, and federal reporting

Under supervision of the Dean of General Education, the adjunct instructor provides a learning experience in the classroom, online, and/or in the lab using a variety of teaching methods such as lectures and demonstrations and using audiovisual and technological aids to supplement the presentations as well as evaluating their achievements.

Minimum Requirements:
Associate's degree from an accredited institution (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Active RDMS credential in good standing.
Additional specialty credential(s) required (e.g., AB, OB/GYN).
Must hold all current licenses or certifications as required by state and federal law to practice in the field.
Three (3) years of full-time professional experience as a sonographer (general, cardiac, pediatric cardiac, and/or vascular).

What You'll Do:
The Executive Director of Enrollment Services (EDES) serves as a leader to their campus and works closely with the Executive Director of Academic Operations (EDAO) to fulfill the College's mission, "to be the most student-centric college in the world" and its purpose, "to provide people the opportunity to enhance their lives through education."
* Collaborates with the EDAO and the RVP of Enrollment Services (RVPES) in achieving the college and campus goals.
* Provides leadership of the admissions team and financial aid teams in achieving these outcomes including outstanding student service, enrollment growth, manpower efficiency, conversion metrics, and student persistence.
* Oversees the establishment, implementation, and monitoring of standards in the administrative departments including admissions, financial aid, and student facing services such as the admission coordinator.
* Develops and monitors the effectiveness of growth initiatives and redirects as appropriate.
* Routinely monitors and reviews with the team a dashboard of quality assurance, compliance, student service, and compliance metrics.
* Routinely monitors, via direct observation, the quality and effectiveness of delivery of student facing services in the areas of admissions and financial aid and provides timely and documented feedback.
* Measures, monitors, reports, and remediates staff and the admission process to ensure prospecting activity and inquiry management outcomes are in alignment with college expectations.

* In facilities without divested admission and student areas, collaborates with the Executive Director of Academic Operations on the staffing plan and schedule, utilizing the Admission Coordinator, Campus Coordinator, and student workers to ensure coverage and routing of new and active students.
* Provides testing center access via the Admission Coordinator and utilizes appropriate resources to reduce testing center downtime in accordance with the college's admission timeline.
* Orders Admission HESI (A2) tests in alignment with enrollment expectation and metrics.
* Proctors (via the Admission Coordinator) the A2 tests, with the Campus Coordinator serving as back-up.
* Accesses and provides admission assessment results to prospective students as related to the admission process.
* Ensures that staff assigned to inbound phone line (TFN) and other inbound inquiry sources are trained, and inquiries are entered and routed correctly.
* In partnership with Corporate Marketing and Campus Operations develops the New Student Orientation (NSO) framework.
* Plans, coordinates, and executes NSO for all new students; collaborates with the EDAO for speaking roles and additional staffing needs.
* Creates badging for all new students.
* With input from the EDAO, RVPES, SVP of Admissions, and COO, submits information for preparation of the annual operating and capital budget of admission staff and areas.
* Works effectively in a matrix structure, collaborates with dotted line counterparts on common goals, and holds them accountable to compliance and commitments.
* Contributes to decision-making, institutional effectiveness, and long-term planning of the College.
* Ensures compliance of all federal and state accreditation rules and regulations.
* Takes a leading and informed role in enforcing the use of compliant materials, practices, and procedures in alignment with the Department of Education, state-specific agencies (when applicable), and accreditation standards of the College.

Core Nursing Faculty provide instruction that facilitates students' achievement of course objectives, engage in scholarly and service activities to promote their professional development, and contribute to the success of the College and its students. Core Nursing:
Develops, implements, teaches, and evaluates the philosophy and objectives of the nursing education program.
Designs, implements, teaches, evaluates, and revises the curriculum.
Documents actions taken in faculty and committee meetings using a systematic plan of evaluation for total program review.
Leads simulation learning experiences in the Nursing Lab.
Didactic:
Responsible for teaching and evaluating students in the classroom. Teach at least 36 credits annually.
Designs an effective learning environment that facilitates student learning to address contemporary issues in nursing.
Support students' progression in academics and socialization into the role of nursing.
Utilizes an array of assessment tools to evaluate student learning.
Actively participates in the systematic plan for curriculum design, program evaluation and program revision.
Demonstrates leadership by serving as a mentor to faculty, adjuncts, and students.
Recognizes the role of a nurse educator and pursues continuous in-service/professional development opportunities annually

Clinical:
Oversees instruction and grading of clinical adjuncts.
Facilitates the nursing students' application of theory to clinical practice.

Communicates effectively utilizing professional techniques with clinical agency representatives, staff, faculty, and students.

Provides weekly and as needed communication with Course Lead Faculty concerning student progress including successes and identified needs, clinical issues, suggestions, and/or professional learning needs.

Maintains all records on student performance, i.e., Student Success Plan, Progressive Disciplinary Plan, and Mid-term and final clinical evaluations.
Completes clinical site evaluations.
Adheres to/enforces the policies and procedures of Arizona College of Nursing and the assigned clinical facility.
