Job Summary
The Massage Therapist administers professional massage and body treatments to our guests. Job Summary
The Beverage Cart Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional service and enriching the member and guest experience while playing on the golf course and/or other designated areas. Maintain exceptional F&B service standards as outlined in Invited's training programs.
Greet members by name and introduce yourself to guests, always ensuring a polite and friendly demeanor.
Provide timely and attentive coverage of assigned course areas, anticipating visits to each group every 4-5 holes.
Assist members and guests with requests, such as directions to the restroom or clubhouse, and offer to dispose of trash to maintain a clean environment.
Stock the beverage cart with food, beverages, ice, and transaction supplies before service begins.
Operate the golf cart safely, following all guidelines, policies, and procedures to avoid accidents.
Collect payments (cash, member charge, etc.) and accurately reconcile daily transactions, depositing cash in the designated area.
Document product spills and waste using daily par versus usage sheets.
Maintain thorough knowledge of available products and upsell where applicable.
Use tee sheets and line-ups to identify members and guests, creating personalized experiences with their favorites.
Communicate with the F&B Director regarding special product requests or issues with food quality, supplies, or presentation.
Clean and sanitize the cart at the end of each shift, ensuring compliance with health code standards.
Request and restock supplies in a timely manner to maintain proper par levels for consistent service.
Assist fellow employees to deliver the 3-steps of service and participate as a supportive team member.
Notify management of any member/guest complaints immediately and practice effective service recovery.
Know and follow the rules of golf etiquette when approaching golf groups at all times.

Responsibilities
• Provide a welcoming first contact with each guest and ensure an enjoyable experience
• Provide information regarding the course, play time, and other golf rules and cart conditions for the day
• Assist in maintaining golf course conditions by promoting the use of divot repair sand, ball marks, and bunkers being raked
• Move around the course in reverse order, hole 18 to hole 1, for safety reasons
• Ensure no outside coolers are brought on the course, as well as glass bottles
• Maintain communication with the Pro Shop in relation to players, the course, or other factors that
would affect smooth operation
• Keep all working areas attractive, neat, and clean and free of trash
• Assist other positions as needed to ensure complete guest satisfaction
Qualifications
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to deal with difficult people or situations in a positive and diplomatic manner.
• Must be safety conscious and knowledgeable about the game of golf
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed

Position Summary:

Job Summary
Assist in performing a variety of food preparation and service duties including, preparing condiments, checking food orders and taking food orders to patrons.
Key Responsibilities:
* Examine kitchen orders ensuring they contain all required items.

* Support country club as needed doing training and other duties as assigned.
* Special projects as assigned by management.
Education & Experience:
High-school graduate or GED equivalent required. Valid Arizona Food Handler's card. Entry level, 1-2 years experience in the service industry preferred. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Good customer contact skills. Able to interact successfully with a variety of people in person and by telephone. Excellent oral communication skills as well as memorization skills in retaining information. Must be confident of skills and have the ability to make sound, independent decisions when appropriate; have the willingness to adjust to and conform to varying schedules; have excellent communication skills; and be able to get along well with others.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
