Education & Experience High-school graduate or GED equivalent required; vocational school preferred. Entry level, 1-2 years experience in the service industry required. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Good customer contact skills. Able to interact successfully with a variety of people in person and by telephone. Excellent oral communication skills as well as memorization skills in retaining information. Must be confident of skills and have the ability to make sound, independent decisions when appropriate; have the willingness to adjust to and conform to varying schedules; have excellent communication skills; and be able to get along well with others.
