Job Summary

Duties and Responsibilities
* Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans using dishwashers or by hand.
* Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas.
* Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition.
* Stock supplies such as food and utensils in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and salad bars.
* Sweep and scrub floors.
* Clean garbage cans with water or steam.
* Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
* Set up banquet tables.
* Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas, by hand or using hand trucks.
* Support country club as needed.
* Special projects as assigned by management.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
The ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand. The ability to listen to others and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences. The ability to stand for long periods of time. The ability to quickly move your hand, your hand together with your arm, or your two hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects. Must be able to bend and squat. Must be able to lift/carry up to fifty pounds. Must be able to work in a well-lighted, temperature controlled work area. Must be able to see and work with customers and work in open area with other employees. Employee will come in contact with cutlery, graters, slicers, ranges, heat, chemicals and cleaning solvents as necessary.
Education & Experience
High-school graduate or GED equivalent required; vocational school preferred. Entry level, 1-2 years experience in the service industry required. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Good customer contact skills. Able to interact successfully with a variety of people in person and by telephone. Excellent oral communication skills as well as memorization skills in retaining information. Must be confident of skills and have the ability to make sound, independent decisions when appropriate; have the willingness to adjust to and conform to varying schedules; have excellent communication skills; and be able to get along well with others.

Negotiate with customers to resolve account matters
Maintain and note all appropriate information and documentation on customer and account status. Collaborate with others on the team involved with collecting and servicing accounts
Investigate, research, and track consumer information using online skip-tracing tools

Maintain compliance with FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act) and state regulations
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred
Sales, customer service or collections experience in retail, call center, or business-to-business environments is highly preferred

Bilingual: Spanish
Work Schedule:
The average work week has three days during standard business hours and up to two late nights (up to 8p). The schedule includes at least one Saturday per month, one late Friday and some extended hours at the end of each month.

needed to maintain an even flow on the golf course. Responsibilities encompass maintaining cleanliness,
adhering to safety protocols, and delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a fun, friendly, and
inviting guest experience at the golf course.
Responsibilities
• Provide a welcoming first contact with each guest and ensure an enjoyable experience
• Provide information regarding the course, play time, and other golf rules and cart conditions for the day
• Assist in maintaining golf course conditions by promoting the use of divot repair sand, ball marks, and bunkers being raked
• Move around the course in reverse order, hole 18 to hole 1, for safety reasons
• Ensure no outside coolers are brought on the course, as well as glass bottles
• Maintain communication with the Pro Shop in relation to players, the course, or other factors that
would affect smooth operation
• Keep all working areas attractive, neat, and clean and free of trash
• Assist other positions as needed to ensure complete guest satisfaction
Qualifications
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to deal with difficult people or situations in a positive and diplomatic manner.
• Must be safety conscious and knowledgeable about the game of golf
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions from management

Key Responsibilities
Lawn & Bed Care: Mowing, edging, weeding, mulching, aerating, fertilizing, and applying treatments to turf and garden beds.
Plant & Tree Management: Planting, transplanting, pruning, and shaping trees, shrubs, and seasonal flowers.
Debris & Waste Removal: Raking, blowing leaves, collecting litter, emptying trash receptacles, and general cleanup.
