The benefits, flexible schedules in most departments.
The racism towards anyone not white. Promotions being overlooked for the employees that do the most/best work and that treat internal and external customers well. Being cheated out of bonuses because they will create vague bad reviews to prevent the minorities from bonuses and promotions. The entire ADOT is corrupt with people at the top promoting their friends and family and the “Yes men” and “Yes women” by making the qualified do more work than others and do others’ work and making up undocumented “incidents” on reviews of the individuals that deserve the promotion.
Medical benefits.
Independence and I have my own office.
Very stressful and don't get paid enough for the work we do.
