We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative Campaign Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team. Every day you will make a difference in the lives of others by supporting the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns while also assisting social media and other marketing teams with campaign-related tactics, deliverables, and operational needs.
You will play a critical role in ensuring that campaign operations run smoothly across teams. You will coordinate assets, track timelines, prepare documentation, and support handoffs across Creative Services, Content, Social, Paid Media, Email, Web, and other cross-functional partners. You will also assist with reporting, data pulls, presentation preparation, and general logistical support to ensure campaigns move forward efficiently and accurately.
Your work will help ensure that campaigns launch successfully and support ASU Online's mission to expand access to high-quality education.
Essential Duties:
Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns by coordinating timelines, deliverables, approvals, and task handoffs across partner teams.
Assist with trafficking campaign assets, including copy, creative, social media content, email, web, and paid media materials, ensuring accuracy, version control, and on-time delivery.
Provide executional support for social media and other marketing teams on campaign-related tactics.
Track campaign progress in project management systems, flag potential risks or delays, and communicate updates proactively.
Maintain organized records of assets, approvals, documentation, schedules, and timelines.
Pull campaign performance data and assist with light data analysis, preparing summaries, reports, and presentations for review.
Assist with meeting coordination, scheduling, and supporting cross-functional sessions such as brainstorms, reviews, or launch preparations.
Provide general operational support during campaign launches, wrap-ups, and ongoing execution.
Help ensure campaigns are coordinated, documented, and executed with accuracy and consistency.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support seamless workflow transitions and maintain alignment across teams.
Stay current on marketing trends, tools, and technologies, sharing insights that may enhance execution or efficiency.
As appropriate, take on new responsibilities as campaign and marketing strategies evolve.
Assume or coordinate other duties or projects as assigned or directed.

Desired Qualifications:

Responsibilities (May-August):
* Serve as the operations liaison to faculty, checking in routinely to see what may be needed or what additional support or information could be helpful to provide.

* Coordinate academic field trip arrangements for 27+ summer program courses, including but not limited to purchasing tickets, managing lunch arrangements and bus transportation. A priority of this position is to ensure that plans are within each course's budget.
* Compose correspondence to lead faculty and instructional team members confirming academic field trip details, as well as share organized details of all plans and expenditures with the AD of Business Operations via shared digital platforms.
* Manage the delivery of books and materials to all classrooms prior to the start of classes and throughout the program. Ensure in-class food deliveries/pickups are planned and executed, as needed.
* Hire, schedule, train, and supervise a team of 15-17 student workers who will serve as operations and academic course liaisons.
* Keep all receipts digitally organized, ensuring accuracy and expediency of receipt submission via Workday and Concur.
* Assist in purchasing tickets and arranging transportation for Summer Programs' weekend, off campus trips (i.e. Disney, Knotts Berry Farm, and Dodgers Stadium).
* Provide transportation to students in emergency situations, like going to the hospital or LAX Deferred Inspection.
The hourly rate for this position is $30/hour. **POSITION SUMMARY**
RAPID began as a program of two national surveys of households with children under age 6 and the child care workforce. Led by Philip Fisher, Stanford Center on Early Childhood Director, the RAPID National Survey administers monthly surveys on a rapid-cycle schedule, and has collected data from more than 25,000 households and 13,000 child care providers in all 50 states. The survey and data inform policy, advocacy, academic, parent and practitioner audiences on the experiences, challenges, and strengths of parents of young children and child care providers. The goal is to support parent- and provider-driven policies and programs that equitably and effectively serve families, providers, and young children.
RAPID is now implemented in community, state, and national contexts, working in partnership with local and state organizations. The RAPID datasets are extensive and quickly growing, and include both quantitative and qualitative data.
This position will include online survey administration, data processing and cleaning, and overall study administration activities on a fast-paced schedule.
All members of the study team will play an integral role in providing timely and important data on the experiences of families with young children. This Research Coordinator will work collaboratively with RAPID's Project Leads and research team to incorporate new measures into the online survey instruments, administer the monthly surveys and collect data, and prepare those data for analysis. The Research Coordinator will maintain standardized documentation and follow all data cleaning and data management processes as outlined in the team's Manual of Procedures. The Research Coordinator may also be responsible for survey operation logistics, including managing participant payments, recruitment, and communications. Strong organizational skills, ability to handle multiple priorities, and excellent orientation to details are vital to success in this position. The Research Coordinator must be willing to work closely and collaboratively with other team members. POSITION SUMMARY:
The Data Analyst 1 will manage and analyze large amounts of data collected through the RAPID Survey Project.
RAPID began as a program of two national surveys of households with children under age 6 and the child care workforce. Led by Philip Fisher, Stanford Center on Early Childhood Director, the RAPID National Survey administers monthly surveys on a rapid-cycle schedule, and has collected data from more than 25,000 households and 13,000 childcare providers in all 50 states. The survey and data are used to inform policy, advocacy, academic, and practitioner audiences on the experiences, challenges, and strengths of caregivers of young children and providers beyond those immediately related to the pandemic, to support data-driven policies and programs that equitably and effectively serve families, providers, and young children. RAPID is now implemented in community, state, and national contexts, working in partnership with local and state organizations. The RAPID datasets are extensive and quickly growing, and include both quantitative and qualitative data.
In close coordination with project managers, the Data Analyst 1 will perform rapid-cycle statistical analyses, create insightful data visualizations, and prepare statistical reports using data collected through the RAPID surveys. The Data Analyst 1 will perform analysis primarily on data from the RAPID States projects and provide analytic support to the monthly national household survey, monthly national child care provider survey, and RAPID's place-based surveys and other survey partnerships. The Data Analyst 1 will also be involved in preparing data dissemination products, such as fact sheets and data briefs, for publication.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Identify and select usable data from subtle and complex data patterns. Assess and produce relevant, standard, or custom information (reports, charts, graphs, and tables) from structured data sources by querying data repositories and generating the associated information.

This position plays a vital role in keeping patients informed and engaged by clearly communicating the care provided by clinical pharmacists and supervising physicians.

Position Specific Summary:
The Patient Care Technician (PCT) plays a vital role in keeping patients informed and engaged by clearly communicating the care provided by clinical pharmacists and supervising physicians. As part of the Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) team, the PCT welcomes patients into the program, tracks and documents patient-generated health data, and shares important updates, instructions, and encouragement from the care team through MyChart or phone, helping patients stay connected, supported, and confident in their care.
Characteristic Duties and Responsibilities:
* Communicate with patients to explain the RPM program and assist with compliance of program requirements.
* Maintain consistent communication with patients via MyChart or phone as directed by care team and directing questions to appropriate staff.
* Direct patients to review education as indicated and directed by clinical staff regarding monitoring devices and program participation.
* Utilize EPIC and third-party software platforms to onboard patients, monitor data, and document patient interactions.
* Review and track patient-generated health data, escalating abnormal values according to clinical protocols.
* Ensure accurate and timely written documentation of all patient interactions and relevant clinical data.
* Communicate effectively with clinical pharmacists, supervising physicians, and other care team members.
* Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support optimal patient outcomes.
* Demonstrate proficiency in typing and common office-based software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
* Prioritize and manage workload efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors to support program success.
