Consistently anticipates the instrumentation needs for the upcoming and to-follow cases aiding in case turnover time. 5. Uses knowledge of sterile techniques to competently gown and glove surgeons, assistants and self, passing instruments, and draping sterile field and maintaining sterile field throughout the procedure.
