Responsibilities
Serves as primary case manager for 8 clients, provides skill training to meet client's assessed needs and to enable clients to live as independently as possible
Acts as client advocate to facilitate access to resources and services and works collaboratively with providers to achieve client goals and to aid clients in various situations.
Develops and maintains client IM+CAN's and completion or coordination of other required forms, and acts as liaison between healthcare resources and clients.
Participates in client staffing and team meetings and maintains collaborative relationships with co-workers to effectively support clients.
Demonstrates effective, independent judgment and discretion while making task-related decisions.
Meets established productivity standards and completes accurate and timely documentation of services provided to clients.
Completes other duties as assigned.
Requirements
The role of a Resident Support Specialist also involves serving as an on-site team lead under direction of an Adult Intensive Services Supervisor. Job responsibilities involve providing and coordinating day-to-day tasks necessary to support the clients and their needs in a supported setting.
Completion of a bachelor's degree in psychology, Social Work or related field. Experience is preferred but not required.

Annual Base Salary for newly appointed CBPOs varies as follows:
GS-9: $61,111 - $124,443 per year
Note: A fully trained CBPO is eligible for up to $45,000 in overtime pay in addition to the starting salary.
Officers are eligible to select from an array of federal employment benefits that include health, dental and other insurance plans, generous annual and sick leave, and participation in the Thrift Savings Plan.
LOCATION INCENTIVES: If you accept one of the duty locations listed below, you may be eligible to receive an additional 15%-25% of your salary each year for the first three (3) years of employment in addition to any overtime pay. Some locations may offer 25% for four (4) years.

Qualifications:
You qualify for the GS-9 grade level in one of the following ways: experience, education, or a combination of both.
Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level that includes:
Detaining suspected violators of federal, state, or local laws and/or arresting violators using the proper law enforcement methods.
Enforcing laws and regulations relating to importing, exporting, and/or international shipping.
Utilizing intelligence techniques and behavior analysis to identify potential threats.
Conducting interviews in a law enforcement capacity.
Education Substitution: A master's (or higher) degree or an LL.B. or J.D. from an accredited college or university; OR
Combination of Experience and Education: A combination of specialized experience AND successfully completed graduate-level education.
Other Requirements:
Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Residency: Primary U.S. residency for at least three of the last five years.
Age Restriction: Must be referred before your 40th birthday (some exceptions apply).
Veterans' Preference: Eligible veterans may qualify for excepted service appointment.
Formal Training: Includes two-week orientation and 101-day academy at FLETC in Glynco, GA. Spanish training may be required for certain locations.

Work From Home Product Tester - $25-$45/hr - No Experience Needed

Product Testers are wanted to work from home nationwide in the US to fulfill upcoming contracts with national and international companies. We guarantee 15-25 hours per week with an hourly pay of between $25/hr. and $45/hr., depending on the In-Home Usage Test project. No experience required.
There is no payment required in order to apply or to work as an In-Home Usage Tester. You don't have to buy products or pay for shipping, everything is paid by our company. In-Home Usage Testers are considered independent contractors, we pay weekly every Wednesday by direct deposit or by cheque.

Main Duties:
Properly document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)
Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly
Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
Some In-Home Usage Tests projects may require participants to use MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion insights to gain unparalleled depth of responses)
There are times when the product being tested may be discussed in a private chat room that is opened by a market research firm
Write reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project
Requirements:
