Working at Arlington Metals

The pros of working at Arlington metals is you can expect to work two or three different positions and only get paid for one and be unappreciated the entire time in micromanaged every second.

The cons is the owners don't care the management doesn't care if you don't like your job you can go somewhere else you will be doing multiple jobs and only be paid for one this place is an absolute joke and I don't know how they continue to get away with ripping off their employees and their customers on a daily basis.

My favorite part of this job is watching multiple people to absolutely nothing and get paid some of the top salaries in the company it's also phenomenal that everybody that works upstairs in the nice warm offices get good vacation our lunches bonuses every year on top of other perks while the actual laborers and people that do the hard gritty dirty work and all types of weather get treated like absolute garbage :-)

By firing 60% of the employees get rid of the owners get rid of the management focus on your employees a little bit more do not play favoritism increase safety procedures and safety equipment for each staff member make a reliable and safe working environment where people don't feel like they're being attacked all throughout the day it's pretty simple stuff I can go on and on and on and on

Realistically there is no preparation for getting a job here people don't want to work here for a reason and if they do start working here most of them quit very quickly for again obvious reasons

You will be paid the bare minimum .

Knowing that I'll be leaving at the end of the day there is nothing joyful about this job at all it's non-stop work for very low pay you don't get appreciated there is no room for growth in this company you will be micromanaged throughout the entire day the unsafe work practices so many work violations and safety violations everywhere
