Our vision is to share eternal hope, provide hope and inspire hope. **Hope Residence is searching for a part-time TMA.** Responsibilities: The primary purpose of the TMA position is to prepare and administer medications to clients as prescribed by the physician under the general supervision of a licensed nurse. TMA's may also accompany clients on medical appointments. The person in this position must work under and closely with the licensed nurses to provide optimal medical care for the clients. Qualifications: Compassionate and caring demeanor Ability to build rapport with the clients and have a sincere interest in client-centered care Must be a graduate of high school Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written communication skills Preferred experience with Medication Administration The Lutheran Home: Hope Residence provides on-the-job training, including a medication administration training program, which is required for TMA's to complete upon hire.
